碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 國民教育研究所 === 92 === A study of organization reconstruction and human resources planning program for elementary school educators Chang Ying Yu National Chia-Yi University Abstract The main purpose of this study was to investigate the elementary school educators’ perception of the effects of school organization reconstruction and human resources planning program to the nine-year continuous curriculum program and counseling program. The survey method was employed is this study. The sample consisted of 361 elementary school teachers. The questionnaire developed by the researcher was distributed to the subject. The conclusion were as follows: The elementary school educators responded that the effects of school organization reconstruction and human resources planning program to the nine-year continuous curriculum program and student counseling program were positive. It still had many obstacles such as the shortage of school budget, professional administrators and evaluation program that the educators must overcome. Finally, based on the conclusion, the suggestions for educators were proposed.
