In this age of information explosion, the Internet houses such huge amounts of information available for users as never seen before. As information is spread out across computers on the Internet in a distributed manner, searching becomes a difficult job.
This study will use the method of questionnaire and convenience sampling. Then, we use statistics analysis to understand the relationships and interaction between different players, behavior of playing game, behavior of exchanging virtual treasure, function evaluation of Intelligent Agent, behavior of agent. And this study focuses on players of online game in Taiwan and examines how they would be affected by Intelligent Agent.
An effective sample size of 1131 players is collected from the web of game. We find different players need different functions of Intelligent Agent in the different stage of trade process, and the factors which different players pay attention to are not the same. For example, reference, security, convenience, search and negotiation. In the end of this study, we provide discussion and opportunities that’s useful in the future. This study can help companies upgrade the level of services by Intelligent Agent and offer the best services to customers. At last, we integrate research findings into conclusion and suggestion.
