We utilized the proposed “Psychological Constitution Teaching Material Authoring Model”, which is different from the traditional editing, to edit teaching materials based on the interests/needs of learners. However, many teaching materials are edited without any rules, causing much trouble on materials exchange. The SCORM, placed importance on E-learning, is the learning standard while distance learning is epidemic today. In this study, we analyzed learners’ effects and portfolio.
