Summary: | 碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 商業教育學系 === 92 === The scope of this study is from the service performance of personnel staffs, service quality, and the theories of the personnel staffs encouragement, to discuss the tasks and the challenge of personnel staffs . There are three purposes of this research:
1.Exploring the factors affecting the service performance of our nation’s personnel staffs.
2.Exploring how to encourage the personnel staff’s morale and enhance the quality of service.
3.Reserching how to improve the wholly effective factors and further promote the performance of service quality.
The results of this study are summarized as follows:
1.In order to promote the entirely performance, the performance administration should be integrated with the past ,present, and the future.
2. The plan of the professional performance personnel system reform is contributory for the promotion of service performance.
3. It has to adhere to the following principles in the aspect of worker encouragement.
(1) All of encouragements are based on truth.
(2) To create the space of effort for employee , we should encourage them as possible as we could .
(3)Opening communication and reducing the opposition by interaction,to build the concept of double win.
(4) The method of encouragement, should be based on the principle of ‘hot stove’ strictly. In order to improve the real benefit, the method of encouragement should be immediately responded .
4.The officer of the personnel department should change their thought aggressively, upgrade their roles and promote their creativity .The personnel department should listen to worker’s voice attentively to increase the value of workers.
5. The powerful competitiveness of a nation should be based on the well administrative efficacy and high quality service.
