The subjects didn’t have differentce in emotional management whether they are male or female. 2. The subjects did have some differentce in emotional management according to their own marriage. 3. The subjects’awareness to emotional adjustment differed according to their ages. 4. The subjects didn’t have differentce in emotional management in terms of their education. 5. The teachers with teaching years below one year did have a remarkable high degree in emotional expression. 6. The subjects did have certain differentce in emotional adjustment according to their different special education backgrounds.
