Research on Training Needs of Aviation Maintenance Industries in Taiwan

碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 工業教育學系 === 92 === The purpose of this study was to explore the training situation , and to investigate the training needs of Aviation Maintenance Industry. In order to propose suggestions to specific training and course arrangement of aviation maintenance industry. In order to accomplish purposes of this study, there were two research methods to be utilized. There were case interview and questionnaire surveys. In case interview, there were four technologists of training to be involved. The acquired information was the criterion of questionnaires. In questionnaire surveys, subjects were obtained by the method of stratified random sampling. Employees of 4 companies in Taiwan were asked about their opinions of training. 360 questionnaires were used in this study, 316 questionnaires were usable ones and the effective recycled percentage was 85.56%. The data were analyzed by a number of statistical methods, such as descriptive statistics, t-test, Person, one-way and two-way ANOVA. The results were as following: 1.Four aviation maintenance industries, had held training . The majority of the training was professionalism training. 2.Different employees in different industries, the other background item, except professionalism training tended to consider human relationship, achievements management and career development. 3.Significant differences appeared in training needs with different background items.
