Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 會計學系企業高階管理 === 92 === Knowledge Management (KM) is an important strategy in business management and competition in 21st century. Companies must manage their valuable knowledge and experience more aggressively to enhance competitive advantage.   After literature review, this research architects an integrated frameworks of KM can be effectively evaluate business knowledge management situation. The frameworks of KM include some set of variables, which knowledge management process have five steps like knowledge requirement, knowledge acquisition, knowledge transfer, knowledge assimilation, and knowledge application. The other variables are knowledge management enablers, which are information technology, organization design, quality management system, and behavior characteristics.   In this research project, we will deploy a Knowledge Management of Employee Training Expert System (ET-ES), which apply rule-based expert system technology to infer the teaching strategies and learning map of knowledge base, and then provide different teaching materials or domain knowledge for employees to learn according to different learning aptitudes, records and occupations. In other words, each employee has the different learning path and different teaching materials according to the learning aptitudes to achieve the goal of learning individually.
