Depending on gender, acadmic grades, and the modes of school, this study is to investigate the differences of teachers'''' teaching styles, the design of teaching materials, administrative support for teaching, curriculum design, and learning environment and equipments. The subjects in this study included 566 municipal and private senior and vocational senior high school students in Kaohsiung. In the data collection, all the questionnaires for the subjects were collected. Excluding incomplete questionnaires, there were altogether 363 valid samples. Based on the data analyses, the findings of this study are described as follows: 1. On the whole, subjects'''' learning in on-line courses tended to be satisfied, especially the teachers'''' teaching mode which is highly highlighted. 2. Male and female subjects tended to be satisfied with the on-line courses offered by the teachers in the community high schools. And in the perpectives of the administrative support for teaching and learning environment and equipments, there were significant differences. Male subjects were more satisfied with the administrative support for teaching and learning environment and equipments than female subjects. 3. The subjects with various academic grades tended to be satisfied. There were significant differences found in the perspectives of teachers'''' teaching styles, administrative support for teaching, curriculum design, learning environment and equipments, and the whole project on high school community construction. Second-grade subjects were more satisfied in these perspectives than first-grade subjects. 4. The subjects from different senior and vocational senior senior high schools tended to be satisfied. There were significant differences found in the perspectives of teachers'''' teaching styles, the design of teaching materials, administrative support for teaching, curriculum design, learning environment and equipments, and the whole project on high school community construction.
