The design concept of this system architecture is three layers architecture, which are User Interface layer, Tool layer, and Data and communication layer. Furthermore, this research presents implementation of this system and the result of evaluation. Evaluation of the use of new version of DCE, including performance of communication speed, tools using percentages and system learning curve. Result of evaluation analysis by system logs.
