With those uncertain factors, the performance of supply chain management may not always be efficient and effective, resulting the industry suffered enormous damage. Consequently to reduce the influence of uncertainty in supply chain processes should be one of the most vital topics for businesses to enhance their performance. Methodologies for concurrent engineering may be the answer to those difficulties occurred in the future.
To answer these problems in the field of SCM, the thesis adopts the Synchronous Supply Chain Management Architecture (SSCMA) to build a concurrent simulation process. And concurrent processes are also been deployed to demonstrate the usage and usefulness of SSCMA. Moreover, for the purpose of meeting the balance between demand and inventory, the asset allocation method with SSCMA for concurrent risk control is integrated and implemented in the thesis. As a result, the capability of collaborating multi-phase risk with the concurrent adjust inventory level is presented as well.
Experiments through some simulation are conducted by the implementation of the SSCMA model. The effectiveness of SSCMA and advantages of asset allocation method is proved to be significant as the result of the experiments.
