Many enterprises face a more violent competitive environment, therefore they place more and more importance on supply chain management. The necessary factor and challenges of SCM are that they have more effective supply chains and an optimum, fast and correct process to integrate an effective supply chain network and get more benefits. In this paper we use eXtensible Markup Language(XML) to design an order processing system between enterprises in the supply chain management. XML includes characteristics such as: complete information, simple and clear structure, diversification and easy modification. The aim of this paper is to describe a system using XML that can prepare for orders, pass orders and query orders on the internet. This system will support the requirement of an enterprise to build a global electronic business as well as passing information quickly, developing business, and building an IT environment. The findings in this paper can help enterprises and their correspondents to save more time, money and resources, by not only reducing mistakes but also creating a transparent order process.
