This thesis introduces a real case to show how a scanner manufactures changed its strategy to develope new products by focusing on added value, based on product differentiation strategy rather than low cost.
That change eventually proved could overcome its difficuilty from severe competition.
This case study may bring up an opportunity to those manufactures who still try to find a way to survive.
