Summary: | 碩士 === 國立交通大學 === 電子物理系 === 92 === In this thesis, a polarized femtosecond pump-probe system has been developed in our laboratory to study the anisotropic ultrafast dynamics of Y0.7Ca0.3Ba2Cu3O7-δ thin films. The well-textured (100)- and (001)-oriented Y0.7Ca0.3Ba2Cu3O7-δ thin films were prepared by pulsed laser deposition (PLD) . Their characterization were examined by several standard methods such as x-ray diffraction patterns, four-probe measurements, atomic force microscope (AFM), Φ-scan, and ω-scan . From the behaviors of the amplitude of temperature-dependent transient-reflectivity change ( ), which were measured by polarized femtosecond pump-probe technique, the superconducting gap and psudogap for overdoped high Tc superconducting films were estimated.
