This research used questionnaire to collect data. The samples were selected from seven colleges from central Taiwan. Six hundred and ninety questionnaires were handed out to subjects, and 621 of them, 93.2%, were valid. Data were processed by descriptive statistics, item analysis, exploratory factor analysis, Chi-square, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe’s test comparison afterwards and Pearson product-moment correlation. The results were found as followings: 1. Most of the respondents were male, private colleges, technology college, participated in billiards 1 times per week, stayed in the alley 2-4 hours each time, and spend in NT 1000 each time per month, no firm facility. 2. Participants were mostly satisfied about music, staff’s response ability, staff’s out smartly, and inside air quality, cue quality, air efficient least satisfaction. participants’ involvement level was middle, and there were 55% would like to recommend other to come and repurchase themselves. 3. Male participants were higher satisfied than female on toilet and air conditioning. However, male subjects were less involved than female. Respondents from private colleges were more satisfied than public colleges on traffic convenient and price. Technology college subjects were more satisfied than composite college, science and technology college on equipment. Composite college subjects were higher satisfaction than technology college on traffic convenient and price. Different markets separated have significantly on satisfaction factors. Play time, leisure expenses, market separate with praise recommend have significantly, market separate with repurchases have significantly. 4. Satisfaction factor include quality and support umber, around equipment, toilet and air conditioning, whole satisfaction with involvement level have significantly and positive correlation. 5. Satisfaction six factors with loyalty have significantly and positive correlation. 6. Involvement level with loyalty has significantly and positive correlation on public praise recommend and whole loyalty.
