The purpose of this study is expecting to give some guide to the coaches who teaches the contestant to prevention sports injury when throwing. In this study we divided into three groups:650g、450g and 350g objects to throw. And the 15 subjects come from the baseball club of NCPES. Result:we find there are more co-contraction when throwing heavier objects than light one, especially find in triceps and brachioradialis during acceleration phase、pectoralis major and lattissimus dorsi during follow through phase.
