Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立暨南國際大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 92 === This is a worthy research that is how to present the museum’s archive using the digital technologies, such as Hypertext, Multimedia, Hypermedia, and so on. By these technologies, we can use various aesthetic effects to show the feature of digital archive. It is a strenuous and complicated job to compose a digital and aesthetic presentation, because making a high quality presentation needs many archival experts’ efforts (ex: content editors, art designers, web designers, and multimedia engineers). Moreover, the construction and maintenance of a large-scale interactive aesthetic hypermedia exhibition are difficult in current web-based hypermedia environment. Especially, the shaping of presentation style requires tedious multimedia composing and it is indeed extremely laborious. For these problems, we design a Hypermedia presentation authoring system. This system includes multi-modules, each module is centered with a layered hypermedia object, which is styled by a “modularized media handler” and structured by a content document logical structure. Besides, this system can achieve the balance between the complexity of authoring process, the aesthetic quality of final hypermedia presentation, and the effort for style template design. By this Hypermedia presentation authoring system, digital archive providers can efficiently construct media-centric, interactive, and aesthetic hypermedia websites.
