The Bureau of National Health Insurance has also launched disease management, includes cervical cancer, breast cancer, diabetes and asthma, to reduce medical expenses and to increase medical quality since 1989. The thesis contributes the human resource allocation in community health care of chronic disease in three ways. First, an expression formula introduces to do role definition and these defined roles mean that who have the qualifications to execute a project. Second, based on clear role definition, the system can search how much human resource in hospital with explicit input (role). For example, the user can search for some specific human resource by his/her role.
