| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 藝術研究所 === 92 === Hwa Deng Theatre, established in 1987, changed the name to Tainan Jen Theatre in 1997, and made sure of basing on Tainan and developed to professional troupe. Tainan Jen Theatre takes important part in the history of south Tainan’s development of theatre. Tainan Jen Theatre grows to professional troupe form avocational community troupe, its hard work worths admiring and supporting. In my thesis, I recorded the history of Tainan Jen Theatre’s development, and also analyzed its administration and criticism of works. In the final chapter, I analyzed the audience’s opinion research and hoped the result and my thesis can find out where is Tainan Jen Theatre’s audience and how the audience treat it. The main factors of getting visual achievement ,updating and keeping high quality of works are marketing, market developing and actors training behind. Besides positively introducing TIE(Theatre in Education), the troupe also invites some theatre experts to open classes or workshops. Those efforts are expected to reach level of professional troupe early. The year 2002 is a starting point to another stage. This thesis wants to choose the moment as a time point to emphasize that how Tainan Jen Theatre keeping developing from professional growth to professional maturity after changing its name. Wish to provide suggestions to Tainan Jen and other troupes those are just in the beginning or transforming direction.
