Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 機械工程學系碩博士班 === 92 ===   The advantages of an all-electric injection molding machine are energy saving, quieter, cleaner and more accurate. In recent years, the all-electric injection molding machine has very fast development. The key point of the all-electric molding machine is using servo motor to drive all the processes such as injection, clamping, plasticating and so on.   The injection unit plays an very important role in the injection molding machine. The unit controls many parameters like injection speed, injection pressure, holding pressure and so forth. All the parameters will influence the quality of products. The tiebarless structure is used for the clamping unit. It can provide larger space for large molds in a smaller machine combined with quicker mold changes. Those advantages can save much time.   The purpose of this study is to design and develop an all-electric tiebarless injection molding machine which has 6 tons clamping force. Labview program was used to construct the servo control.
