Because of the need to reject noise and interference, more and more people use the differential signals as the propagation signals. But the subject about the differential mode crosstalk does not often be discussed. Because of the lack of understanding the differential mode crosstalk, the only way to handle the practical project, the high-speed network connector for example, would be trial and error method. Due to the practical need, this thesis presents the method of the analysis of the differential mode crosstalk and the simplified model of the differential mode crosstalk. In addition, the twisted pair compensation has been discussed and improved in this thesis. And the analytical optimal solution has also been found in the end.
