So the purpose of this study is:(1)Probe into personal aspect factor and drop out of school the relation producing in behavior midway.(2) Probe into family aspect factor and drop out of school the relation producing in behavior midway.(3) Probe into school aspect factor and drop out of school the relation producing in behavior midway.(4) The relevant theory view is influenced and dropped out of school in the relevant factor way of the behavior in order to construct out according to building midway by dropping out of school midway. The sample of the study were used Purposive Sampling selected eight classes from the general junior school student of counties and cities of Kaohsiung, Tainan respectively and once dropping out of school and studying in the special educational institution or generally kind brightness class of junior middle school , resource class now etc. amount to 226. We used the nested regression method to analyze the data. This result of study is found: Family''s social economic status is relatively low, family''s structure is a single parent person, mother''s requisition for children is not more positive, have better teacher-student relationships, academic credits low, experience less entering a higher school pressure, is it exposed to with bad friend factor easy to is it drop out of school the behavior midway to take place to accompany often. This research is to proposing some following suggestions on home education and guidance separately according to the result of study: Parents should pay attention to disciplining the attitude to children, filling in the single-parent family, government is devoted to improving family''s social economic status, strengthening a teacher to coach and know to study, offer effective support, course elasticity to students, combine education and relax fallow to move about, understand student''s secondary culture in depth, strengthen home education etc..
