So making a priority of sustainable development will be more efficient for advertising. How do generalities consider about sustainability of housing aspects, and how to trade-off them?   The case tries to explore the planning direction of collective housings by “developers and users”, “the cognition of sustainable housing between developers and users”and “sustainable housing trade-off”, and distinguish the sustainable housing trade-off and care of degree between developers and users to provide for collective housing planning.   The research method of this case is trade-off evaluation, and need to set up the cost of each evaluated item for trade-off standard. First we use AHP to get the values of each item, and translate into cost, then trade-off.   From the results of the studying, users expect to get more sustainable value on the aspect of economic effects of housing sustainability, and attach importance to personal benefits and private realm. But from the results of analyzing the values of developers, it shows to stress on the aspects of environment and culture. From the attitudes of developers, if they can catch what citizens want, meanwhile develop sustainable housing environments, one thing it can crease more valuable housing production for sale, and it also can promote the satisfacation of users. In sum, this studying suggests that first it should consider the housing benefits and satisfying sustainable attributes in private realm for citizens then cooperates the environmental sustainable attributes in public realm of community before developing collective housings, so it can be more effective to promote the satisfaction of housing sustainability to professors and users.
