碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 企業管理學系(EMBA)專班 === 92 === One of the textile industry was the first ccepted from knowledge transfer inflow in Taiwan’s early industrial developing period, and also the first industry moving out from Taiwan to Mainland China, Which in knowledge transfer outflow is also the highest among all industries. advances, When Taiwan corporation competitive more than Mainland China, there will be significant knowledge transfer effectiveness to their China subsidiaries.
The study aims to the Taiwan textile industries and their subsidiaries relationship between knowledge characteristics (codifiability, complexity and teachability ), absorptive capacity (trust, cultural compatibility, prior experience of knowledge transfer & relatedness business of knowledge transfer ) and organizational learning mechanism (promised & support , organizational flexibility designs, decentralization and performance & measurement system) would influence
activities of knowledge transfer effectiveness.
And it will be analyze by different transfer model
(horizontal or vertical) and different transfer timing.
This researches is based on 190 Taiwanese textile firms that adopt knowledge transfer in Mainland China as the samples of effective questionnaires (return rate 62.29) and then use validity analysis, reliability analysis, regression analysis and the others statistical methods to analyze.
Researches findings include the following: (1) there would affect the relationship between knowledge characteristics and different dimension of knowledge transfer effectiveness ; (2) there would affect the relationship between absorptive capacity and different dimension of knowledge transfer effectiveness, cultural compatibility & relatedness business of knowledge transfer have weakness significant ;(3) there would affect the relationship between organizational learning mechanism and different dimension of knowledge transfer effectiveness. (4) different transfer modes have significant difference at knowledge transfer effectiveness ; (5) different transfer timing have significant difference at knowledge transfer effectiveness.
