| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 企業管理學系碩博士班 === 92 === The purpose of this study is to explore the evaluation criteria and selection strategy for selection operating organization and industry by Tainan cultural and creative industry center. Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method was used to build up a multiple criteria evaluation model to get professional opinions on their selection behaviors of Tainan cultural and creative industry center.
The findings in selection of operating organization indicate that the evaluation criteria include the ability of management, value-added of brand of talent, familiar with local feature, ability of raising financial resource, familiar with cultural industry, ability of marketing and ability of consultation of law; that in general the first three most important evaluation criteria are ability of management, brand of value-added of talent and familiar with local feature. Private enterprise, company of consultation and non-profit enterprise organization are the first three favored types of creative center; The findings in selection of industry indicate that the evaluation criteria include the potential of developing market, potential of promoting local development, to improve life or cultural standard, to fit in with local feature, to provide employment, application of space and the level of attraction of visitor; that in general the first three most important evaluation criteria are the potential of developing market, potential of promoting local development and to improve life or cultural standard. Industry of creative life, industry of craft and industry of designing creativeness are the first three favored types of creative center.
