Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 農藝學系 === 92 === Ripening is a dramatic event in the development of many fleshy fruits. There are many events including color, sugar, firm, and texture changing during fruit ripening. It is important to understand how the genes controlling fruit ripening process. Tomato is a good model system to investigate the genes and mechanisms involving the process of ripening. The F2 population derived from cross between Y73, the firm line, and Y84, the normal ripening line, was constructed and analyzed. Incorporation of AFLP and bulk segregant analysis the DNA fragments correlation with thickness of pericarp and fruit firmness were tagged in this study.
