Summary:碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 資訊科學研究所 === 92 === Today, while wireless network enjoys a rapid growth in many network applications, it is still heavily restricted by conventional mobile IP and TCP in terms of transmission. Improvement can be done in sub-network movement and wireless network security. In order to overcome these restrictions, wireless movement network supporting IPv4 is proposed in this thesis . Based on mobile IP technology, the regional network movement structure works with Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) [1] mechanism for user verification and IP address allocation/assignment. In addition, an extension field of the of mobile IP header is added to reduce bandwidth consumption incurred by the existing mobile IP registration and movement. We further expand the current wireless network functions to achieve integrated regional network movement instead of single network MN movement.
