At first people were object to it, and then followed by the high satisfaction of people, until recently due to the financial situation of NHI and as well as the economic recession, people starting to complain about the payment for the NHI. However is it the only reason leads to the unsatisfaction of people towards NHI, or it might be other reasons; such as the quality of medication. This research would tried to find out the satisfaction of people through the service quality of those medical care provider the and the payment for the NHI, and set the demography of interviewees as the mediator, in order to understand whether the difference of demography which included: sex, education level, marital status, age, occupation, average monthly income, percentage of payment, all these would lead to different level of satisfactions between interviewees. The results would work as important reference for the hospitals and the government to improve their service quality.
