Summary:碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 土木工程學系 === 92 === This study deals with the dynamic amplification of torsional moment of buildings having plan structural irregularities including L-shape , T-shape , U-shape , Cross-shape and rectangle-shape with varied eccentricities. Some conclusions can be drawn from the numerical verifications: 1. The torsional amplification factor Ax has a max value , 3.0 of seismic provisions in Taiwan code. However , this study finds that the value is about 7.0. 2. In most analysis of inner forces , the amplification of static torsion is the same as the amplification of eccentricity,but the amplification of dynamic torsion is going to a limit with the growing of eccentricity.
