According to Parasuraman and others (1985,1988), they bring up five service qualities, Such as “tangible”, “reliability”, “responsiveness”, “assurance”, and “empathy, to proceed the confirmation studying by talking deeply with thirty-six pair of students and parents. The study reveals that parents attach importance most to “reliability”, and “empathy”, in the five structures in service qualities. In these two structures, parents care about the certain school whether they have professional teachers, who own a large number of working experiences and qualifications, can provide excellent teaching qualities, the proportion of students entering schools of higher grade, perfect family interviewing systems, and warm and fragrant students’ counselable systems. The parents choose school’s conditions are: Does the school have professional teachers? Do the teachers can lead the whole class and let the students learn growing up? Also wish that school own the proportion of student entering schools of a higher fees, because of different reasons, some parents are willing to give high pay to exchange thoughtful studying environment for children. To most parents, it is a heavy responsibility for children who couldn’t go to the public schools. If private schools can provide the excellent teaching qualities and lead students to study, students’ studying effects are more effective as well as the public praise and loyalty will grow up steady. According to the result of the analyses, maybe can offer the private schools some suggestions to improve the service qualities, promote school’s competitive ability as the reference of administering schools’ affairs and enrolling new students’ policy.
