So that enterprise can be synchronized with others without elimination by competition. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships among IT strategy, BPR and organization structure; and to clarify the intension of these three variables. The results of study, (1) As a global multinational company, the value of corporate network is to provide an integrated IT service and establish a standard platform for employees to access data anytime and anywhere. (2) From global supply chain point of view, BPR was one of the key success factors to improve the global supply chain efficiency and the resources integration performance. (3) If the enterprise adjusted the organizational processes by organization structure, the adjustment of team works and job contents must be the first priority to achieve the organizational efficiency. (4) If the adjustment of BPR and organization structure implementation can be integrated with IT application, it will be easier to achieve the management strategy targets. The results of the case study revealed IT strategy suggestions to enterprises when implemented BPR and organization structure adjustment.
