Summary: | 碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 管理科學研究所在職專班 === 92 === e-Learning has become the revolution in the 21th century. It is not only the learning tendency in the future, but also the important part to come into economic knowledge. The main purpose is to explore relationship between characteristics of e-Learning platform and learning effects of employees staying in the company for long or short time. Also, interactive learning has an influence on the e-Learning characteristics and the employees’ learning effects.
The study shows that the characteristics of learning conveniences and the accumlation of learning experiences in e-Learning platform have high positive effects on the employees staying in the company for long time. However the learning effects of employees staying in the company for short time have obviously positive relation with the custom-made learning content and the accumlation of learning experiences. In the moderating effects, we separate interactive learning into high and low degrees. No matter how high or low the interactive degree is, the moderating effects are exactly on the employees staying in the company for long or short time.
