Summary:碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 管理科學研究所 === 92 === The purpose of this paper is to investigate how the interorganizational climate, the relative power and the technological tacit affect the communication quality and the technological transfer performance respectively, via communication process. This paper anticipates the high-level managers who perform the technological transfer can further understand the effect among the interorganizational climate and the communication quality, and can build the better interorganizational climate to improve the performance of technological transfer. These samples are selected from the electronic information industry of “China Credit Information Service”. This paper performs this investigation with regular-mail. According to the result of the recursive system, the interorganizational climate and the relative power affect positively the communication direction and the communication content, respectively; and, the communication direction and the communication content affect positively the communication quality and the technological transfer performance; and finally, the communication quality affect the transfer performance positively. Therefore, we suggest that high-level managers can show their support to this project , and trust each other, so that each part can coorperate actively with each other, and then improve the communication quality and the technological transfer performance.
