In the past, women have fewer promotion opportunities than male colleagues because of the sex. Although more and more women participate in the work increasingly, the sum of women in management level is not comparatively increasing. Western studies have noticed the strength of female managers. Female manager’s prefer to encouraging rather than punishing, more like to share information, rarely make decisions by themselves, and pay more attention on harmonious in interpersonal relationship and working atmosphere. Female managers encourage their subordinates to participate, share power and information, and it’s the power that organizations develop in the future. This research focuses on female managers, analyzing the relative of sex-role attitudes, achievement motivation, internal-external locus of control to leadership competencies of female managers. And let the enterprisers promote people to a higher office without sex distinction factors and then depriving of the leader talent of female managers and enable more outstanding ones to appear.
