More than one proof shows that the greenhouse gas is the main causes of global warming. To control the emission of greenhouse gas, we should conduct the use of the renewable energy. There are many kinds of renewable energy sources; the wind power industry is now a mature one. And one country intends to exploit wind power, it is necessary to have a good system of the evoluating wind potential. In this research, I’ve devided the potential of renewable energy source into three: theoretical potential, available potential, and technological potential; using different criteria to evoluate them. The scope of this research is the onshore area of Taiwan. Using Geographic Information System (GIS), as a platform to evoluate the potential of wind power. none 余政達 2004 學位論文 ; thesis 51 zh-TW
