| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 電機工程系碩士班 === 92 === This thesis presents a customer server model which associated with network database technology and load management strategy，the model has been applied to build Taipower’s extra-high voltage customer system which advance the demand management service of Taipower。In this thesis，we will address how to build the relation of load characteristic, load management strategy and billing account， and to use operation model to develop network server applied interface。
The main contribution of this thesis is to help customers who don’t familiar with those statutes of interruptible rate and time-of-use rate to select the adaptive load management model。A client/server service architecture has been designed and operated in Taipower intranet。
