| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 電子與資訊工程研究所碩士班 === 92 === Several novel PIFA (Planar inverted-F antennas) designs for mobile handsets and parametric study on the characteristics of PIFA are proposed in this thesis. The physical parameters of an antenna, including shorting plate width, antenna input impedance, antenna thickness and ground plane dimensions, are studied.In addition, the several novel types of PIFA have proposed for operating at Dual-band and Triple-band in mobile handsets, this designs utilizes two or more shorted patches with a common shorting plates, Multi-band can be achieved.
