碩士 === 義守大學 === 管理科學研究所 === 92 === This thesis adopts the empirical survey approach and refers to related research literature of sub-contract managing system to study the sub-contracting problem of maintenance work job of China Steel Corporation. The research results show that: on the sub-contracting activities, under the instruction principles of culturing, teaching, and managing, use the evaluating, managing, and assisting, CSC(China Steel Corporation) has got the good equipment maintenance efficiencies. Meanwhile, they established a well- competitive partnership between CSC and sub-contractors. CSC has deemed that the work job sub-contract system is an extension system of equipment maintenance manpower system. For the centralizing and localizing maintenance system, CSC erected sponsoring area, kaizen activities etc, to upgrade sub-contractor technical skills, and whole equipment maintenance efficiencies. CSC will upgrade its competitive advantage constantly, and ensure its continuous operation.
