The classification will be helpful to the different viewpoint research dialogue, will avoid the cognition disparity the error production; And is helpful to the knowledge accumulation, otherwise the different connotation, altogether uses the same glossary, will be disadvantageous to the knowledge accumulation.
This study is to induce the essence of organization learning by two-dimension which by " what organization learning study?"- content dimension and "how organization to learn?" — process dimension. The content dimension is to discuss by single-double loop learning, and the process dimension which expound from individual cognition, the sociology viewpoint and complexity from the organization theory and so on recounted how organization to learn. By the literature analytic method to the organization comments the quantity to perform to analyze, the area distinguishes difference, expected it for the beginning which following further studies.
