Some major findings as follow: (1) Good manager was described as androgynous. (2) Our gender role stereotypes were not as much as America. Most of gender roles were androgynous and undifferentiated. (3) The stereotype-think manager, think masculine was decreased when people were elder or had longer tenure. (5) Graduated students’ gender roles were not related to their school achievement. (6) Gender role were related to good manager’s characteristic. (7) In America, good manager was described as masculine, no matter graduated students or part-time MBA students. In Taiwan, most of people just think manager, think androgynous.
