Summary: | 碩士 === 義守大學 === 電子工程學系 === 92 === In this thesis, the structure of organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs) is ITO/MTDATA/NPB/TPBi/Alq3:DCJTB/Alq3/LiF/Al. We doped DCJTB into Alq3 to study the characteristics of OLEDs. Due to the well overlay of both the absorption spectrum of DCJTB and the photoluminance of Alq3, energy transfer is effective according to Forrest rule. In the experiment, we also inserted a hole blocking layer (TPBi) between NPB and Alq3:DCJTB. Results reveal that the recombination zone is limited near the interface of NPB/TPBi and TPBi/Alq3:DCJTB. A large number of excitons at the interface cannot transfer completely. It indicates that both red and blue light exist in EL spectrum. By change the concentration of DCJTB and thickness of TPBi,we can fabricate a white OLED. Its CIE coordinate is x=0.31, y=0.39.
