The system of measuring distance is implementation, because of characteristic of the signal, we have used two kinds of different methods to process the received signal. The methods are the starting point of the received signal and the central point of the received signal. After system implementation is done, we find the method - starting point of the received signal have better performance. The system of target recognition is implementation. To establish the database of object characteristic we can achieve the goal of target recognition via compare the database. The database is established by different rough surface of target.
