The goal of this research is to use a comparative type algorithm and color marker for tracking application. This system was designed to so1ve the problem that is the interference often come from the environment lighting change. The screen resolution is 720 × 482 pixel. The system can rich higher stability and accuracy for animal behavior measurement. It also can send the data from our system to PC by USB port. The data will be recorded for animal behavior analysis and study in the future.
