The only way to meet the target of the organization is get the common consensus, cooperation and high performance through the interaction with other members. Since Teamwork is the interaction of people , it may include different opinions and is hard to get the consensus. So the political behavior can be used to solve the problems with uncertain factors , conflicts and resource distribution in the organization. In this paper We try to analysis all kinks of the teamwork performance of the students in IT domain and the relative individual political behavior. We also use the psychological theory to forecast the behavior purpose. This research is based on TPB theory (Theory of Planned Behavior) to confer the derivative variable and the effect to individual political behavior. After analyzing the relation of TeamWork and Politics Behavior , We got six external variables as Machiavellism, communication, trust, commitment, interdependence, and conflict. In the past, many MIS relative research are focused on the MIS professionals’ political behavior in the workplace. Most of MIS professional are came from the school team, the major target of this research is scoped in junior hight school students. we tried to understand the student team''s motive factors of political behavior when learning and forecasting the representation of team-work once they enter the working. This research is based on survey investigation method to collect political behavior intention between student teamwork in IT field and to confers the relationship between the external variables of effect team work performance and TPB. We found that : (1)the internal variable of operation political behavior intention will be effected directly by the attitude to ward political behavior and perceived political efficacy. (2)The external variables of effect attitude are Machiavellism and interdependence. (3)The external variables of effect subjective norm are Machiavellism, interdependence and commitment. (4)The external variables of effect perceived behavior control are Machiavellism and commitment. (5)The external variables of effect perceived political efficiency are Machiavellism. There are 9 hypothesis of this research are significant. By the way, the LISREL software also has a suggestion to another relationship: organization commitment’s effect to political behavior control is significant. Because the information field student will be the members of keeping the critical information in the enterprise organization. The genius in the learn team may will reactive in the future job case. Expecting this paper result can be the assessment when enterprise selecting new employees .
