You will agree without a doubt that the Hi-Tech filed is not only based on technology or skill but it still depends on the management to satisfy the all requirements.The CEO might ignore the trend of shop-floor Improvement and Management to bring unlimited profit. It might lose the competition in internal and external marketing and go out of business. The livability of the company depends on flexible and quick response to fit the strong demand of the high quality,various types,short life cycle and advanced technolongies of the products in Hi-Tech production line nowadays.It is unnelptul to break through the crisis only by means of set-up expensive machine and equipment.It might be the abstacle of shirt-term products and technical changes sharply needs to survive in this elastic and quick change in the future. It is no use to get the high speed or expensive auto machines or equipment while the production face the bottle neck crisis. It may increase a lot of Corporation cost and other expanse and worst the business.
