This operation model is the same as Vendor Managed Inventory(VMI)mana- gement model promoted by civil business professional. However, it is not able to solve current material shortage or idle stock problems efficiently, decreases the availability and gains the idle stock. The purpose of this research is to build up a stock management model including requirement forecasting, supply time and quantity deciding through current Air Force stock structure and forecasting operation, merges waiting theory and system simulation theory and methods. And re-investigates this model by analysis model and observes predicts initial problems by active simulation experiment, to search for the best methods that fit operational stock prediction of the Air Force. Then we can prepare reasonable spare quantity, to support the users by active delivery, and to raise prediction accuracy, to accurate scheduled maintenance and material preparation, to decrease warehousing cost, to shorten supply administration time and to increase equipment availability.
