In this thesis, we combine a stack Gilbert Cell mixer on our LNA and a passive Balun to design a front-end image rejection cir-cuit. The simulation result shows that a 44dB image rejection, a 3.42dB NF, and a 25.72dB gain can be achieved. The IIP3 of the proposed circuit is —22dBm.
