The processing of MEMS components is very similar to that of semiconductor except that several different components are bonded together to form the final product. The re-entry flow and assembly characteristic of MEMS process make production management much harder. The research exploited a simple serial production line environment characterized by multiple re-entry flow and assembling operations. Under consideration for effective assembling of the final product, several TOC bottleneck oriented dispatching rules that emphasized the use of feedback data from the interdependent components were developed. The process status of each in-line component was used to raise the weight of those related components that were waiting in buffer, thus reduce the difference between the completion times of interdependent components, and conform to the demand for fast assembly. The research used simulation to verify the effectiveness of the proposed heuristic with various parameter settings under different production control strategies. The results indicate that the proposed dispatching heuristic is more robust to different inventory levels, and the performance is less affected by the inventory fluctuation. The heuristic also significantly improves order hit rate and reduces order completion time. Jy-Hsin Lin 林知行 2004 學位論文 ; thesis 92 zh-TW |

碩士 === 華梵大學 === 工業管理學系碩士班 === 92 === MEMS is a three-dimensional multi-component structure system constructing on semiconductor manufacturing technology.
