This paper discusses the effect not only of interpersonal interaction but also of cognition difference and the knowledge sharing channel on knowledge sharing. Moreover, it is that knowledge characteristic will also have influence on knowledge receiver’s knowledge sharing. The purpose of this paper is as follows: 1.Whether the cognition difference between the knowledge owner and receiver will influence the knowledge sharing performance? 2.Whether will the difference between social relationship influence the knowledge sharing performance? 3.Whether the difference among knowledge sharing channels will influence the knowledge sharing performance? 4.Whether the relationship among the cognition difference, knowledge sharing channel, social relationship and knowledge sharing performance will be interrupted because of the difference of knowledge characteristics? The empirical study was based on data collected from supervisors of the top 1,000 enterprises in Taiwan. Empirical findings support that the cognition difference, social relationships, sharing channel and the tacit knowledge will influence knowledge sharing performance. But it is not significant to the knowledge sharing channel.
