Summary: | 碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 92 === The main purpose of this study is to investigate and understand the features of student consumers, and then summarizing the needs of campus e-store’s products or services, finally provide some recommendations on how to operate e-store in campus.
According to the past studies and related reference, we propose three hypotheses: Hypothesis 1.) Students with different consumer attribution has different need of e-store’s product and service; Hypothesis 2.) Campus e-store should employ different business strategies based on different student-consumer’s features; Hypothesis 3.) Campus e-store should have different business strategies for different products or services provided.
The researching methodology of this study is to conduct a campus survey by using layer sampling, and then conduct descrptive statistic analysis, the homogeneous test, the ANOVA, and the Scheffe test, etc. The results are :
1.The above three hypotheses are hold.
2.There are two categories of products or services are recommended to cover in campus e-store’s business: book related products and computer and information related products/services. In which, book related products includes text book, second-hand text book, and professional books, while computer and information related services includes hardware and software of computer, the computer related devices, and the computer repair service.
As for grocery, based on the analysis results, clothes and cosmetics are more appropriate to be covered in campus e-store’s business.
3.Other important items about campus E-stores’ business operation:
A.The collect-order、behalf-buy、delivery-present-in-compus and retail could be considered.
B.The better type of payment is to pay on delivery.
C.Goods’ discount is better in promotion.
D.For female and for the buyers with less experience, they do not like the membership system. However, for people bough high price goods can accept the membership system.
