| Summary: | 碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 心理學系 === 92 === This is a narrative research of a daughter attempting to understand her mother as a housewife. In the process of this research, mother, daughter and the relationship between them are toward to a more intimate and understanding way. The daughter also discerns from an indistinct boundary between mother and daughter gradually through the reflection of their long-term relationship.
In the part of research result, the life experience of the mother is written with a multiple -narrative plot of her story. The discussion is made through a major patriarchy social culture context and the viewpoint of two families’ economic structure to see how the mother adapts herself to believe the patriliny of patriarchy and faces the influence of the patriarchy to the mother-daughter relationship.
In the part of research contribution, this is a research which has reflective practice value. This research also suggests writing and understanding women’s life experiences from more different points of view.
